A Visit to the JFK Library

On Wednesday, April 6th, I was fortunate enough to attend the New Frontiers in Biography and History conference at the JFK Library in Boston. I got to meet authors and illustrators Tonya Bolden, Candace Fleming, Emily McCully, and Andrea Pinkney and hear them speak about their art and their books. The conference was put on by both the JFK Library and the National Park Service, so I also had a great time chatting with the park rangers from the John F. Kennedy National Historical Site. Both are wonderful places to visit if you are looking for something exciting to do! Below are some links and a few photographs from the day!
