Picture Book Biographies

Sometimes biographies get a bad rap. We might groan when we have to do a biography report and sometimes what first comes to mind is a big dusty boring old book. That’s not the case anymore! The Fox Hill Library has an ever growing collection of new picture book biographies! They’re a fun way to learn about important people who made a difference in our world and you’ll get so wrapped up in the story you might even forget you’re reading a biography!

This week in third grade we are reading Star Stuff – Carl Sagan and the Mysteries of the Cosmos by Stephanie Roth Sisson. Check out the display of other great picture book biographies this month in the library!
