Google Lit Trips

Google Lit Trips

Recently, Google has introduced Google Lit Trips, an interactive way for students to connect geography and literature. In a nutshell, Google Lit Trips uses Google Earth to bring the reader on a journey with the characters in a book, showing they places they visit in the book on Google Earth.

At each stop on a Google Lit trip, the viewer can find out more information about a location and see photographs of the setting in a book, helping to create a visual to help us better understand what we are reading.
